Been going to Lee’s for years now. In our opinion it’s easily the best Chinese takeaway we’ve ever had. Consistent on quality and service every time we ring up and collect. We had salt & pepper chicken, chicken fried rice and chicken curry this evening and it was all superb!

First time back here for a long time, and not disappointed. Lovely food with a good balance of ingredients. Chicken chow mein, beef curry was the main dishes. Curry sauce very nicely spiced. A bit too hot for one of our party members. Good portion sizes. Lady who answered phone who works on counter very friendly. I know people have different taste preferences about this style of food, but I would recommend this place.

Very tasty food, stayed hot on way back to hotel. Good value for money as well. Was in and out fairly quick and service was polite. Not a problem at all but please be aware cash only - there is a cash machine a few metres from the door at Tesco though!

I've only used this takeaway once but the quality of food was quite high and really tasty. I bought crispy beef with cantonese sauce and the first thing I noticed was the large amount of meat in the dish. Definitely no skimping on the meat. I live quite a distance from this takeaway and would use it regularly if it were closer. Staff seemed to be really nice too.

Delish food and cheap aswell ! We managed to get some really nice food here with our vegan diet :) the mixed vegetables in chilli and garlic sauce and mushroom curry was really nice an filling, tasted fresh and had some kick to it. Will definitely be back :)

Quality food! I go here regularly and I find the food amazing! I always get the house curry and it's spicy but not ridiculous, personally I think u are missing out if u haven't ate from here!

Best Chineese takeaway in Chester le street and Birtley, all the veg is fresh and the cooking is spot on, can't fault this place at all, ordered house special curry fried rice and salt and pepper chicken and it was perfect.👍
